Shipping Policy
Readlino is an online-only retailer — all products are shipped to customers; there is no in-store pickup option. We ship printed children's books across the United States only.
Where we ship
United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Carrier
All orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail depending on weight and destination. Every order includes USPS tracking.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on every order. No hidden fees at checkout.
Order cutoff
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) ship the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff are processed the next business day.
Handling time
1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
Transit time
2–5 business days (Mon–Fri).
Total estimated delivery
3–8 business days after the order is placed.
Tracking
A USPS tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page.
Missing or incomplete order
If your package arrives but is missing one or more items from your order, please email support@readlino.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the missing item(s) to you at no additional cost, using the same free USPS shipping as the original order.
Lost package
If tracking shows your package has not moved or has not arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us within 30 days of that expected delivery date. See our Refund & Returns Policy — we will investigate with USPS and reship or refund at your choice.
Customs & import fees
Readlino ships domestically within the United States only via USPS. There are no customs duties, import taxes, or hidden cross-border fees on any order.
