We ship to the European destinations listed below. Free shipping applies to every one of them. We do not currently ship outside this list — if your country is not shown, we cannot fulfil an order to that address.

Shipping cost

Free shipping to eligible European destinations. No hidden fees at checkout, and no minimum order value.

Carrier

Orders are sent with tracked postal delivery. Final-mile delivery is handled by the national postal service in the destination country. Every order includes a tracking number.

Who ships your order

Orders are sold and shipped by MANG SHI ZHEN CHENG DING SHANG MAO YOU XIAN GONG SI, the company that operates Readlino. We do not operate a European warehouse or European office.

Handling time

1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

Transit time

2–5 business days (Mon–Fri).

Total estimated delivery

3–8 business days after the order is placed. Estimates are not guarantees — postal delays and customs processing can extend them.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page.

Missing or incomplete order

If your package arrives but is missing one or more items from your order, please email support@readlino.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the missing item(s) to you at no additional cost, with the same free shipping as the original order.

Lost package

If tracking shows your package has not moved or has not arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us within 30 days of that expected delivery date. See our Refund & Returns Policy — we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund at your choice.

Customs, duties and import VAT

Orders are dispatched by MANG SHI ZHEN CHENG DING SHANG MAO YOU XIAN GONG SI, a company registered in China. Where an order is shipped from outside the European Union, import VAT or customs charges may apply under the rules of your country. If you receive any customs or import notice relating to a Readlino order, email support@readlino.shop with the notice and your order number before paying it and we will confirm how it is handled for your order.
