Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love every book you order from Readlino. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Condition required
Items must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Contact us by either method below with your order number and we will reply with return instructions:

Return label
The customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label. Keep your tracking number until the refund is processed.
Restocking fee
None. There is no restocking fee for returning a book.
What we accept
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted on the same terms as returns.
Special scenarios
Order never arrived
If your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please contact us within 30 days of that expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier (USPS) and, once confirmed lost, issue either a reshipment or a full refund at your choice. You pay nothing extra.
Item arrived damaged
Email support@readlino.shop a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 14 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return a damaged item — no return shipping required.
Wrong item received
If you receive a book different from what you ordered, contact support by email or phone. Readlino covers the return shipping and will ship the correct item or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refund processing time
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item (or, for damaged/lost orders, after the claim is confirmed).
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
