+Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No — Readlino is an online-only retailer. We do not have a public storefront. You can browse and purchase all our books through this website and we ship directly to your address. The address we publish is our registered business address, not a shop open to visitors.
+Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in eligible European destinations. Free shipping on every order. The full list of destinations we currently serve is on our Shipping Policy page.
+How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), transit takes 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri). Total estimated delivery is 3–8 business days.
+What is your return policy?
You may return any book within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition and original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.
+Can I cancel my order?
Yes — orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, free of charge, by emailing support@readlino.shop.
+How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Stripe's encrypted checkout. All prices are shown and charged in EUR (€).
+Do you sell ebooks?
No. Readlino sells only physical, printed children's books.
+Are your books new?
Yes — every book is brand new, sourced directly from established publishers.
+Who operates Readlino?

+How do I contact customer support?
Support is handled by email at support@readlino.shop. We reply within one business day (Monday to Friday). We do not operate a telephone support line.
