Our story

A small, independent bookstore for big imaginations

Readlino is an independent U.S. online bookstore specializing in authentic printed children's books from trusted publishers and authorized distributors. We carefully curate every title in our catalog to support early learning, reading, and family education. We are a retailer, not a publisher.

Meet the founder

Readlino is built and run by one person who personally selects every title in the catalog.

NINA FEUGIER, founder of Readlino

NINA FEUGIER

Founder & Curator

Hi, I'm NINA FEUGIER, and I started Readlino out of a personal passion for children's education, reading, and lifelong learning. As someone who has always believed that a good book at the right age can shape how a child thinks, dreams, and learns, I wanted to create a small, trustworthy place online where families could find printed books that truly support that journey.

Readlino isn't a giant marketplace and it isn't trying to be. It's a carefully chosen collection of children's books from recognized publishers — the kind of titles I would happily put into the hands of the children in my own life.

My goal is simple: help families discover high-quality printed children's books that inspire learning, curiosity, and imagination.

Why Readlino was created

If you've ever tried to buy a children's book online, you know how overwhelming it can be. Thousands of options, look-alike covers, unclear ages, and very little guidance on which titles actually support reading development.

Readlino was created to make that easier. Instead of an endless catalog, we offer a deliberately smaller selection of children's books from recognized publishers — titles chosen because they support early learning, language development, and a genuine love of reading.

What we offer

A focused catalog — physical books only, shipped to your door.

  • Printed children's books only

Real, physical books — no digital products, no downloadable files, no e-books.

  • Educational books for early learning

Titles that support reading, language, and early development at the right age.

  • Family-friendly reading resources

Stories, picture books, and learning titles families can read together.

  • Books from established publishers

Sourced from recognized publishers and distributors — never knockoffs.

Our commitment

Every book in our catalog is personally reviewed before being added. When deciding what to carry, four things matter most:

  • Educational value
  • Quality of writing and illustration
  • Age appropriateness
  • Trusted, recognized publishers

Alongside the books themselves, we are committed to transparency, customer satisfaction, and clear, jargon-free communication. If something isn't right with your order, we want to hear about it and make it right.

Our mission

To help children develop curiosity, imagination, creativity, and a lifelong love of reading — through carefully selected books.

Transparency and trust

We want you to know exactly who you're buying from and how we operate.

Independent online-only bookstore

Readlino is an independent business with no physical retail store. All orders are placed through our website and shipped to your address.

We are not a publisher

We are a retailer. We source titles from recognized publishers and authorized distributors — we do not print or publish books ourselves.

Secure payments by Stripe

Every checkout is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Clear policies & real support

Transparent shipping, returns, and privacy policies — and a real person answering your emails.

How to reach us

A note from the founder

A personal thank-you

Thank you for visiting Readlino. Choosing to buy from a small, independent bookstore means a great deal — every order supports the work of curating, packing, and answering messages by hand.

My hope is that the books you find here become favorites in your home: re-read at bedtime, carried to school, and passed on to the next reader. If a child somewhere discovers the joy of reading through a book that came from Readlino, then we've done what we set out to do.
