Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order with Readlino.

1. Cancelling Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, email us at support@readlino.shop with your order number as soon as possible.

2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may return eligible items in line with our Return & Refund Policy after they arrive.

3. Personalized or Custom Items

Because personalized and custom-made books are produced specifically for you, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Please review your details carefully before ordering.

4. Cancellations by Readlino

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund and a notification by email.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Because we use Cash on Delivery (COD), no payment is taken until your order is delivered — so cancelling an order before delivery means there is nothing to refund. If an item has already been delivered and paid for, any approved refund is handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

Email support@readlino.shop or call us during business hours with your order number. Our team will confirm whether cancellation is possible and guide you through the next steps.
